Our SIS services cater to individuals aged 60 and older, as well as those with disabilities of any age, offering advocacy and assistance with programs like Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care support. As the Coordinated Point of Entry for the Illinois Department on Aging in Coles County, we serve as the primary contact for older adults seeking services.
All SIS services provided by the CCCoA are free with donations accepted. Additional funding available for clients in crisis or emergency situations.

The Caregiver Advisory Services, a component of the SIS program, offers support groups, counseling, respite assistance, training workshops, and resource referrals for adult caregivers of individuals aged 60 and older, as well as grandparents and relatives over 55 raising grandchildren or disabled relatives.

LSVP offers meaningful volunteer opportunities by matching individuals with assignments based on their interests, abilities, and availability. The CCCoA also offers its facilities for rental purposes to the general public. Most rooms and areas of the building are available to rent for training, weddings, bridal/baby showers, birthdays etc.
Non-profit organizations are able to utilize the spaces during business hours on a donation basis and any event that is open to the public is free of charge.

Dial-A-Ride (DAR) is the public transportation provider for Coles and Douglas counties, offering services to all residents regardless of age or ability. The service provides safe, mobility device transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping, and more at reduced rates compared to private options, with older adults often paying on a donation basis and veterans receiving discounts.
