The LifeSpan Volunteer Program (LSVP) provides a variety of opportunities for persons aged 18 and older to participate more fully in their community through significant volunteer services. LSVP promotes the use of people as community resources in planning for community improvement and in delivery of volunteer service. Volunteers are matched to opportunities by interests, abilities, preferences and their availability - and include opportunities to respond to significant community needs. Volunteers are placed through the LSVP Coordinator, Laura Severson. LSVP opportunities include Operation Gratitude PenPal Program, Exercise classes, LifeSpan Family Theater attendants, America Cancer Society Wig Bank and new developing programs as needs arise.
